Affordable, Transparent Rates Protect ratepayers from avoidable costs and clearly explain the impact of major decisions before commitments are made.

Responsible Infrastructure Investment Fund what we need, wait on what can wait, pursue outside funding, and invest where it improves reliability.

Real Emergency Preparedness From the next Eaton Fire to any major disaster, make sure Foothill MWD is well prepared.

Work Better with Local Water Agencies Listen to the local water agencies Foothill serves, share information and work together on common problems and opportunities.

Reliable Water, Every Day The district's core job is safe, reliable water. I'll hold every major decision to that standard.

Fair Treatment for District Employees Safe working conditions and fair treatment for the people who keep our water system running.

My Approach

• Ask the hard questions before your money is committed

• Require clear, plain-language explanations of costs and rate impacts

• Compare alternatives, costs, benefits, and risks

• Test the assumptions behind major investments

• Revisit plans when conditions change

• Exercise independent judgment — not automatic approval

These decisions are long-term commitments about cost, risk, reliability, and public trust. I'm running for Foothill MWD, Division 4, to bring experienced, independent judgment to those decisions.
