As a licensed California Professional Engineer (P.E.), Amy Chen built her technical foundation at LADWP.
She then spent nearly three decades at the San Diego County Water Authority, advising leaders on major water infrastructure, policy and finance. As a 30-year La Cañada Flintridge resident and current Public Works Commissioner, Amy knows our community well.
